Practice Description:
Ms. Nelson concentrates her practice in the litigation of construction, real estate, and commercial claims.  She represents general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners in all aspects of construction claims and contract disputes.  Ms. Nelson’s real estate practice includes individual and commercial property disputes, as well as title insurance issues.  Ms. Nelson also represents both individuals and businesses in general litigation matters and appeals, and has argued in the Washington State Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on multiple occasions.  Although Ms. Nelson has substantial trial experience, she is committed to the process of alternative dispute resolution and the value to clients that comes with early resolution of disputes.  As such, Ms. Nelson maintains an active focus on mediation and arbitration as a core part of her practice in all areas of the law.
